Grandparents Association Lent Newsletter 2017

As we enter more deeply into this solemn season of Lent, we remember the great love Jesus showed to us by giving His life so that we might live. 

Let us also reflect on the joy, love and prayers Jesus received from his Holy Mother Mary and His earthly Grandparents, Saint Joachim and Saint Anne. 

This is the love we are asked to talk to our children and grandchildren about when we talk to them about Lent this year. 

Perhaps, instead of giving something up for Lent, ask them to select an act of love toward another person.
