Knowing and understanding our Mental Health

Courage, It is I - In partnership with An Chroi Community Hub in Top of the Hill, the parish of Glendermott is offering a four week programme on knowing and understanding our mental health.
For adults beginning on Tuesday, 14th November at 7:00pm in An Chroi Community Hub, Trench Road, Derry.
This four week course is aimed at adults 18 and above and is an initiative of the Waterside parish to help all those who are struggling with mental health issues.
Delivered by Mr Hugo Macoscar
The programme is being delivered by Mr Hugo Macoscar who is a retired school principal from Maghera and also fully qualified psychotherapist. He has extensive experience working with families and young people.
